"Fugu Club Building" is a specialty restaurant serving carefully selected fugu (pufferfish) sourced from across Japan. It operates as part of the same group as "Fugu Club Miyawaki Bettei," a Michelin-selected establishment recognized for consecutive years.

The signature dish, "Thick-Cut Aged Tessa (fugu sashimi)," features large pufferfish meticulously aged to concentrate its umami flavors. With its thick slices, tender texture, and rich taste, this delicacy leaves a lasting impression from the very first bite.

The "Grilled Fugu" is another standout, with a crispy, aromatic outer layer and a soft, fluffy inside. Coated in oil to retain its moisture, this dish brings out the pure, delicate flavors of pufferfish to perfection.

We also have an extensive drink menu, featuring approximately 70 varieties of sake carefully selected by a sake sommelier, wines mainly from France, as well as whiskey and fruit wine that complement fugu dishes. Additionally, we offer “fin sake,” an ancient and unique Japanese sake culture in which large, fragrantly grilled fugu fins are dipped into hot sake. The fins are then lit on fire to remove the alcohol content, resulting in a milder taste. This performance is very popular, offering the ultimate luxury experience reserved for adults.
