"Pourcel Cuisine" is based on the cuisine of the Languedoc region in France and Mediterranean flavors.

Using the technique of "Sucré-Salé," which pairs the natural sweetness and acidity of fruits with contrasting seasonings like salt, they amplify the umami flavor of the ingredients. Another characteristic technique, "Terre et Mer" (Land and Sea), creates a synergistic effect by combining ingredients from both land and sea.
