The name “UNE PINCÉE,” which translates to “a pinch” in French, reflects our culinary philosophy. Just as a pinch of salt can transform a dish, we meticulously craft our meals, staying true to the fundamentals to bring out the most exquisite flavors.

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you are more than 30 minutes late for your reservation without prior notice, it will be automatically canceled.
