About MONOLITH
Chef Go Ishii embarked on a culinary journey to France in the 1990s, where he dedicated four years to mastering his craft under the tutelage of esteemed chefs at Georges Blanc, Jean Bardet, and Bernard Loiseau, among others.
He holds the fundamentals, classics, and history in high regard, all while continually embracing evolution.
The Monolith Egg is his signature creation, a harmonious blend of sweet and salty flavors, juxtaposed with a play on temperatures.
The restaurant’s interior is a symphony of subdued hues, crafting a setting that is both contemporary and cozy, inviting guests to unwind.
