About Higashi-Azabu Saikoh
Higashi Azabu Saikou carries two meanings: “Saikou” (the finest) and “Sa‑ikou” (let’s go). The name reflects our desire to honor the traditions of Edomae sushi while sharing new culinary culture and conveying the charm of sushi to an even wider audience.
With a warm, tranquil atmosphere and attentive, thoughtful service, we promise hospitality tailored to each and every guest.
Using carefully selected ingredients and refined craftsmanship, we pursue simplicity and elegance—bringing out the pure, natural flavors of each ingredient to their fullest.
In addition to sake, we offer an extensive wine collection of over 600 bottles, centered on Burgundy. Around 50 wines by the glass are always available, allowing us to introduce new ways to enjoy the harmony between sushi and wine.
Our entire team looks forward to welcoming you with sincerity, creating memorable moments together through the joy of dining.
Please enjoy a blissful time at Higashi Azabu Saikou.
