Bistro YEBISU

l'Odorante par Minoru Nakizin, a hidden French restaurant in Ginza, offers creative seasonal cuisine blending Japanese esprit and French tradition. The dishes are crafted by Chef Minoru Nakizin, who has trained at many famous establishments, including Hôtel des Pyrénées and La Bastide Saint-Antoine.
He refined his tastes in Grasse, a town in the south of France known as the perfume capital. The dishes that embody his passion for the restaurant's name, which means “Odorant,” stand out with their delicate techniques and aromas.
The restaurant's interior is inspired by the South of France, featuring carefully chosen fabrics for the sofas and 100-year-old antique furnishings. Enjoy an elegant dinner served with “ERCUIS” cutlery, famous in France for its royal warrant, in a space where you can fully savor classical modern and elegant dishes.
