Breaking free from the traditional boundaries of Japanese cuisine, each dish is meticulously crafted to deliver a symphony of aroma, umami flavor, and lingering aftertaste. Signature dishes such as Jagaimo no Harihari (the Crispy Potato Salad) and Kisetsu no Owan (seasonal soups), refined during his years of training, embody his dedication to excellence.

The restaurant features an 8-seat counter made from a single slab of ginkgo wood, as well as a private room accommodating up to four guests.

At the counter, diners can enjoy the captivating sight of the chef’s graceful craftsmanship up close, enhancing the immersive dining experience.
