About Sushi Sakamoto
We carefully select seasonal ingredients from Toyosu and Kyushu's Amakusa area.
“We would like you to enjoy our nigiri sushi, as we are a sushi restaurant,” wishes the sushi chef, who is meticulous about everything from sourcing to preparation. We serve the best sushi with delicate attention and masterful artistry, such as adjusting the sushi rice to the most delicious temperature.
The sushi rice is seasoned with two kinds of red vinegar from Yokoi Brewing Industry, which is preferred by many Michelin-starred sushi restaurants. It has a rich yet refreshing taste that enhances the umami of the seafood topping the sushi.
Please enjoy our dishes with a warm and bright space, filled with cleanliness and wood tones, in our counter-only restaurant with only eight seats.
