Casual French Delights by a Chef Trained in the Hiramatsu Tradition

The owner-chef, seasoned at esteemed venues such as Hiramatsu, Maison Paul Bocuse in Daikanyama, and Minami Aoyama LAS, is also a certified sommelier. With a philosophy of making French cuisine more casual, he serves courses that capture the essence of Japan’s seasons, infusing traditional recipes with Japanese elements to create a sense of closeness. In 2024, "DAN" was honored with a selection by the Michelin Guide.
