Toriyoshi （鳥佳）

Mr. Iida, a grill master recognized by Mr. Ikegawa of the renowned Meguro’s “Torishiki,” has opened the restaurant with great enthusiasm.

The owner, Mr. Iida’s choice of wines and the various parts of yakitori, which are grilled over a “near fire and high flame,” a method directly handed down from Torishiki, create a supreme pairing that enhances each other’s flavors.

Toriyoshi’s signature dish, “Special Chicken Skin Grill,” requires three days of preparation before being served to customers, as the process of pre-grilling, removing oil, and letting the skin rest is repeated.

The chicken skin is grilled in a secret exclusive sauce to make it aromatic and crispy on the outside and chewy on the inside.

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  This is a simultaneous start system. If you exceed your reservation time by more than 15 minutes, it will be automatically canceled. If you arrive late or leave the restaurant, we may not be able to offer you a portion of the course, so please arrive with plenty of time to spare.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 20 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances. When you visit our restaurant, some customers mistake our restaurant name for “Toriyoshi (Nakameguro/Akasaka),” which is similar to our name. Please make sure to check the address of Toriyoshi (Ebisu) before coming to our restaurant. If you are late or cancel due to a wrong address, we may not be able to refund your money.
