Sushi Hiroya （鮨 浩也）

“Sushi Hiroya” is a sushi restaurant based on the concept of enjoying sushi, food, and sake.

The owner, Mr. Motohashi, opened "Sushi Hiroya" in July 2020 after gaining experience at an Edomae Sushi restaurant in Nihonbashi, overseas sushi restaurants, soba noodles, and other Japanese cuisine.

Instead of simply slicing and serving seafood, we use techniques honed at Japanese restaurants to add a little extra effort and make the most of the ingredients.

The sake pairing menu, which offers more than 80 varieties of sake selected by the owner, who is a certified sake connoisseur, will surely provide you with an innovative way to enjoy sake.

Enjoy the marriage of sushi, food, and sake created by the owner’s careful handiwork.
