ARMANI RISTORANTE expresses the elegance and the ultimate attention to detail of the Armani brand through food.

Carmine Amarante, the executive chef, grew up in Naples, Italy. He refined his skills at famous restaurants in Italy and Spain and came to Japan in 2018. Since 2020, he has been demonstrating his talents at ARMANI / RISTORANTE.

The course dishes, combining the inspiration from traditional Italian local cuisine with the seasonal ingredients of Japan, have a charming taste that is beautiful, delicate and warm.
