An enticing dining space, where you can savor the best steaks and other delicacies until late at night in a private and cozy atmosphere, is a unique restaurant created by Yamayuki, Japan’s leading tuna wholesaler, in partnership with meat wholesaler Yazawa Meat.

You can enjoy specialties such as Yamayuki’s handpicked tuna rice bowl and skillfully grilled Kuroge Wagyu beef, cooked with the chef’s original technique.

◎120g of Japanese black beef steak that is Mardegan's major ingredient, sourced by Yazawa Meat, a wholesale meat supplier. Not only can you enjoy Yamayuki's bluefin tuna rice bowl (each cut including rare cuts), but it is also luxuriously topped with Hokkaido's finest sea urchin, sweet shrimp, and caviar. What's more, the five seasonal appetizers also use plenty of Japanese black beef and bluefin buna, making this a specialty course that allows you to enjoy only Japanese black beef and bluefin tuna, and includes champagne.
