As a chef, he expresses the deliciousness of the island nation of Japan, the culture and tradition born of its climate, and the beauty of nature.

In addition, harnessing our bespoke aging cellar, we meticulously dry-age Japan’s indigenous beef to culinary perfection, presenting it as the centerpiece of our gastronomic artistry.

• Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

• Arrival time:

  If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

  We invite you to join us in the waiting room starting 30 minutes before your session to enjoy a welcome drink and unwind before your experience begins.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.

  FUSOU, located on the upper floors of Shibuya Sakura Stage, is closest to the JR Shibuya Station New South Gate.

  ◆Directions to the restaurant

  【From the JR Shibuya Station New South Gate】

  　　1.Exit the New South Gate, turn right, and take the escalator inside the automatic doors labeled "SHIBUYA TOWER Office Entrance" on your right. (You may see a sign that says "Authorized Personnel Only," but you are permitted to enter.)

  　　2.Take the escalator up to the 5th floor and turn right.

  　　3.Proceed down the dedicated passageway marked "manoma conference & restaurant" to find the direct elevator to the 38th floor.

  【From Shibuya Scramble Square or Shibuya Stream】

  　　1.Exit the connecting walkway from Shibuya Stream, go straight, and at the end of the path, take the escalator inside the automatic doors labeled "SHIBUYA TOWER Office Entrance." (You may see a sign that says "Authorized Personnel Only," but you are permitted to enter.)

  　　2.Take the escalator up to the 5th floor and turn right.

  　　3.Proceed down the dedicated passageway marked "manoma conference & restaurant" to find the direct elevator to the 38th floor.

  ※Please note: On weekends, public holidays, and weekdays after 8:00 PM, the aforementioned escalator is not in service. In this case, please use the escalators or elevators within the commercial facility to reach the 5th floor. Upon arriving on the 5th floor, turn right and proceed down the dedicated passageway marked "manoma conference & restaurant" to find the direct elevator to the 38th floor.
