Chef Higashitani has traveled for nearly 30 years in Japan and abroad, and has honed his skills by relocating as many as 50 times. He offers innovative gibier cuisine that combines the knowledge he gained as a hunter with a diverse range of culinary cultures.

The carefully selected gibier is a true masterpiece as a course that brings out the best of the ingredients and pursues a simple yet profound flavor.

Reservations are required for lunch and dinner, which start at 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m., respectively. The private space with only 6 seats at the counter allows you to experience the chef's techniques up close and personal.

• Arrival time:

  *The restaurant will start at the same time, so late arrivals are strictly forbidden. Please arrive 10 minutes before your reserved time to ensure the meal can start on time. If you arrive after your reserved time without informing us, your reservation will be automatically canceled. (Please note that if you are late, the length of your meal will be reduced accordingly.)
