In the 2016 Michelin Guide, we became the world’s first ramen restaurant to be awarded a Michelin star.

Since our founding in 2012, our guiding theme has been the infinite creativity and potential of ramen. We present bowls that harmonize the Japanese culinary tradition of umami with a diverse array of ingredients sourced from around the globe.

Our menu features ramen that is quintessentially Japanese—one that our nation can take pride in. We use no artificial seasonings, instead drawing out the true, natural flavors of carefully chosen ingredients.

With safe and trusted ingredients selected from both Japan and abroad, and through deep knowledge and precise techniques, we craft our signature bowls: a fusion of Japanese, Western, and Chinese elements inspired by diverse perspectives. This unique approach has become the hallmark of our restaurant.

  * Due to the specific nature of our cuisine, we are unable to accommodate guests with food allergies.

  * A vegan noodle dish is available for vegetarian guests. If you would like to order this, please make a note in your reservation.

• Arrival time:

  * Please be sure to arrive at least 10 minutes before your reservation time. (If we cannot confirm your arrival by 10 minutes prior, your reservation will be treated as a cancellation.)

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Children below elementary school age may share a dish. High chairs are available for preschoolers.

  When making a reservation with a preschool-aged child (or if you require a high chair), please exclude the child from the total number of guests.

  Instead, indicate the number of adults and children in the “Special Requests” field.

  (e.g., for 2 adults and 1 preschooler, please reserve for 2 guests.)

  ■ Reservation Policy

  Reservations open every Tuesday at 11:00 AM for bookings for the following week (Monday through Sunday).

  Cancellation Policy: A cancellation fee of JPY 2,000 per person applies.

  For cancellations made any time after booking, a 50% charge (JPY 1,000 per person) will be applied.

  For cancellations made the day before the reservation, a 100% charge (JPY 2,000 per person) will be applied.

  Please read the following conditions before making your reservation.

  Each guest is required to order at least one noodle dish. Ordering additional bowls within your allotted time is also possible.

  When taking photos inside the restaurant, please be considerate and ensure that other guests or staff are not included in your pictures.

  
  

  ■ Changing the Date, Time, or Number of Guests

  We cannot accept changes to the number of guests or to the date and time once a reservation has been confirmed, regardless of the reason. Please make sure to check carefully before finalizing your booking.

  Should you need to make any changes to the date, time, or number of guests, we sincerely apologize for the inconvenience, but you will be required to cancel your current reservation and make a new one.
