Satoru Tanaka, who has expanded his culinary empire to 18 locations with distinctive menus and elegant store designs, comes from a lineage deeply connected to cattle—his grandfather was a bakuro (horse and cattle dealer), and his father ran a butcher shop. Growing up surrounded by cattle, Tanaka began cutting meat at the age of 10 and opened his first yakiniku restaurant at 25. Since then, he has dedicated himself to answering the question: "What makes truly exceptional beef?" Committed to purchasing whole cattle, he dedicates himself daily to understanding and bringing out the best in meat. Tanaka delivers exceptional dishes that maximize the natural flavors of Wagyu, raised with great care by producers with whom he has built trust over many years.
The restaurant features an extensive wine cellar with over 100 carefully curated bottles, predominantly from France. Our sommelier selects wines that perfectly complement our meat dishes, along with premium sake and champagne, ensuring the ideal pairing for every moment.
We also feature exquisite tableware crafted by renowned kilns and artists from regions such as Kiyomizu ware, Arita ware, and Kutani ware. Their vivid colors, delicate textures, and handcrafted warmth beautifully enhance each dish.
