The main dining room of the Imperial Hotel combines tradition with a new sensibility.

The restaurant has a “classically modern” design that harmonizes the stately atmosphere of the main dining room with a sophisticated, contemporary ambience.

The chef, Thierry Voisin, has a background in Les Crayères, a leading restaurant in the Champagne region of France. The cuisine is full of surprises and discoveries, as it is created by carefully selecting ingredients and incorporating new sensitivities while maintaining tradition.

  We ask that guests refrain from wearing extremely revealing clothing, loungewear, shorts, sandals, or other light clothing when visiting the restaurant, and that men refrain from wearing hats during the meal. In addition, male guests are requested to wear jackets (except for breakfast).
