About Ginza Rin Nishimura
Only natural fish is used at this sushi restaurant in Ginza, and the generous slices of fish show the excellence of the sushi fillings.
We are especially proud of our conger eel, which is served with salt that conveys the true flavor of the fatty, odorless, high-quality sushi material.
With the motto, "Dining should be fun," the owner Mr. Nishimura engages in friendly conversation with customers, creating a comfortable atmosphere with a relaxed ambiance that dispels the image of sushi restaurants with too high-end and unwelcoming.
Please enjoy the finest food at this famous restaurant that proposes a customer-first policy.

Posted on : 01/15/2025Love this place. I really recommend this place. Good meal, good services, and good vibes.Whitney
Posted on : 11/21/2023It was a fantastic experience. Our first Michelin Star Omakase in Japan. Food was really good. The only gripe that we have was that we actually mentioned in our booking that one of us do not eat shrimp but was still served. We told the chef who helped us changed to another dish.
