Sushi Kitamura （鮨きたむら）

"Sushi Kitamura" is a sushi restaurant with a relaxed atmosphere located in Tachikawa, far from the center of Tokyo.

The owner, Mr. Naoki Kitamura, trained for 24 years at sushi restaurants in Meguro and Shinjuku since the age of 15. He gained experience as the second chef at Conrad Tokyo's "Kazahana," and in June 2016, he fully embarked on his own business.

We are particular about every single ingredient we purchase, and our tuna comes from a well-known tuna wholesaler in Tsukiji. Also, we offer seasonal ingredients from all over Japan, such as red sea urchin, bluefin squid, and tilefish from Fukuoka, purple sea urchin and matsukawa flounder from Hakodate, and more, delivered directly from the source.

The cutting board is placed higher than the counter so that customers can see what is in front of them, creating a live atmosphere in which to enjoy excellent sushi.
