About Sushi Matsumoto

We offer “Onkochisin(Learn from the Old, Know the New)” sushi in the “Matsumoto Style”, which adds a touch of freshness to the traditional Edo-style sushi.
We carefully select high-quality ingredients from all over the country, without being bound by a specific region, and prepare them with great care.
Enjoy the "Matsumoto Style" sushi at our counter with eight seats made from a single board of Hinoki (Japanese cypress) that has been aged for over 300 years.
