About Takumi
Owner Chef:
Born on May 4, 1988. After graduating from Kobe University's Faculty of Business Administration, he traveled to France. He trained for 3 years and 3 months at five Michelin-starred restaurants, including Le Petit Nice (Marseille). In November 2015, he returned to Japan and opened "Takumi" in February 2017.
Concept:
Vague impressions of "looks delicious" and "stylish" can sometimes be misleading. It's disappointing when you've finished a course meal and the memory of the early dishes has already faded away. At Takumi, we strive to ensure that both our customers and our team of chefs don't experience such a situation.
To prevent that from happening, we make every effort to accurately convey the essence of our dishes and the intentions of our chefs to our customers. We aim to create dishes that not only reflect the unique identity of Takumi but also leave you thinking, "This is truly a signature dish from Takumi."
