Owner and Sushi Chef, Masashi Yamaguchi

Born in Tokyo in 1981.

After training at the sushi restaurant of The Ritz-Carlton Tokyo and a Michelin two-starred sushi establishment, he played a pivotal role as the head chef in the launch of "Sushi Wakon" at the Four Seasons Hotel Kyoto, earning a Michelin one-star rating.

Subsequently, he supported the opening of "Sushi Wakon" at The Peninsula Tokyo as the head chef. In June 2020, he established his own restaurant, "Sushi Masashi," in Kita-Aoyama.
