About Waketokuyama
The chef's choice course, which includes the classic "Isoyaki Abalone," changes its menu every two weeks to allow customers to enjoy seasonal ingredients in the most delicious way possible, and prepares only the food for customers who make reservations that day, which is the job of Buntoku Yamamoto, who values the texture of the ingredients.
This is a Japanese restaurant in the style of a chef's kappo restaurant, offering traditional and original dishes,
and only the chef's choice course is offered so that customers can enjoy seasonal ingredients and a sense of the season.
A variety of cooking methods inherited from the previous head chef, Hiromitsu Nozaki, "do not overpower the broth" to bring out the original flavor of the ingredients.
At the end of the course, the rice cooked in a clay pot, which changes with each menu, will give you an even more seasonal feel.

If you have any specific food allergies or ingredients you cannot consume, please inform us in advance. Unfortunately, we cannot accept reservations if there are ingredients that you cannot eat within a wide range.

*Animal-derived stock or seasonings may be included. Vegetarian guests who cannot consume dashi cannot be accommodated.

Arrival time:
Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

・Children 13 years of age and older are requested to eat the same course as adults.
・A children’s menu (5,500 JPY) is available for children under 12 years of age. *Payment on-site
・Children are only allowed in private rooms. (additional JPY 11,000) In case of full booking, please note that a change to a private room may not be possible.
・When visiting with children under 12 years old, please ensure that only guests aged 13 and above select a course. Additionally, kindly provide the following two details in the special requests section:
[1] The number of children under 12 years old.
[2] Whether a meal for the child is required.
