Reviews of Sushi Ono

Posted on : 05/26/2025We were treated to a fantastic omakase dinner by chef Ono. The place is incredibly clean. The fish was super fresh and wonderfully prepared. My favorite was the different flavors of tuna, with toro melting in the mouth. We were able to secure a reservation in the last minute when all the other Michelin star restaurants were full. I guess many search the Michelin star category, as I do, and this place gets unnoticed. But it is deserving of a Michelin star and was better than other Michelin star restaurants we have tried. The benefit for customers is that it is easier to get in. Tip: it is on the 5th floor, 5F on the entrance display and only written in Japanese, so a bit hard to find.Sergio Zanott
