Mr. Katsuhiro Onodera, the owner, is a master of the Japanese culinary world who has also dedicated himself to nurturing younger generations as an instructor and special member of the Japan Culinary Research Society. His expertise extends beyond cuisine, as he is also a professor of the Urasenke School of tea ceremony and is well-versed in traditional Japanese cooking and culture.

Mr. Onodera's delicate and meticulously crafted Japanese dishes have impressed many discerning food enthusiasts. One of the restaurant's signature dishes is the exquisite simmered shark fin, prepared with a rich and flavorful broth that harmonizes with the sweetness of Chinese cabbage.
