About RUSTEAKS
This authentic steakhouse opened in 2015 after branching off from WAKANUI, the renowned restaurant known for its aged beef and lamb. Located in the Ebisu/Hiroo area, it continues that legacy by offering meat dishes of exceptional quality.
The heart of the restaurant lies in its meticulous aging process and expert grilling over the finest binchotan charcoal.
The main cuts of beef—such as ribeye, porterhouse, and bone-in sirloin—are all Creekstone Prime Angus, the highest grade of American beef, aged in-house for approximately five weeks. The menu also features New Zealand grass-fed beef raised in pristine natural surroundings, as well as premium lamb long celebrated at the restaurant’s predecessor. Each is prepared to bring out its fullest flavor. Grilling over top-grade binchotan charcoal elevates the steaks into fragrant, juicy, and truly exceptional dishes.
Supporting the meat selections are fresh oysters sourced from regions across Japan and abroad, along with seasonal vegetable dishes that further enrich the dining experience.
The restaurant also offers private rooms accommodating up to 12 guests, making it ideal for business dinners, gatherings, and a variety of occasions.
To complement the cuisine, a wine list of approximately 100 selections—primarily from the United States and France—is available. Enjoy a blissful dining experience paired with fine wines carefully curated by the sommelier.
