About Sushi Muto
During his tenure at "Sushi Ao" serving as Second-in-command in the kitchen, he mastered the art of sublime Edomae sushi under the tutelage of Master Okazaki. This experience inspired him to venture out on his own.
We invite you to savor our Edomae sushi, crafted with the freshest seafood, including the renowned "Fujita Tuna" from Fujita Suisan, a supplier we trust implicitly.
In addition, we offer a selection of fine Japanese sake and wines that perfectly enhance the flavors of our sushi.
