During his tenure at "Sushi Ao" serving as Second-in-command in the kitchen, he mastered the art of sublime Edomae sushi under the tutelage of Master Okazaki. This experience inspired him to venture out on his own.

We invite you to savor our Edomae sushi, crafted with the freshest seafood, including the renowned "Fujita Tuna" from Fujita Suisan, a supplier we trust implicitly.

In addition, we offer a selection of fine Japanese sake and wines that perfectly enhance the flavors of our sushi.

• Arrival time:

  Simultaneous start system. Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Children are only allowed when the entire restaurant is booked. Please specify your needs in the "Special Requests" section when making your reservation.
