Chef Noboru Arai, a native of Asakusa, brings his modern French cuisine to “HOMMAGE,” blending classical techniques with a tapestry of global culinary influences.

Embracing seasonality and originality, his dishes reflect a deep respect for his roots—expressed through unique creations such as desserts inspired by Asakusa’s beloved local sweets, including “Kaminari-okoshi” and “Ningyo-yaki.”

The name “HOMMAGE” signifies gratitude—for nature’s bounty, dedicated producers, supportive colleagues, and every guest who walks through its doors. With carefully selected ingredients and a pursuit of simplicity layered with depth, the chef continually seeks new expressions through his cuisine.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.) We kindly ask male guests to refrain from visiting the restaurant in casual attire such as shorts, tank tops, or sandals.

• Children:

  The reservation policy for children is as follows. We kindly ask for your strict compliance.

  ・Children must be of elementary school age or older and able to behave in a manner that does not disturb other guests. *Preschool children are not permitted.

  ・Children must be able to enjoy the same course menu as adults.
