Recte prides itself on delivering "Kamado (cooking stove) French" cuisine, where the focus is on the art of cooking with fire to bring out the inherent fragrance and flavor of the ingredients to their fullest.

Crafted in a special kamado made with Kishu Binchotan charcoal, known for its 300-year history, and Otani stone, renowned for its excellent far-infrared effect, our meats are grilled to achieve an exceptional flavor and texture.

Under the steadfast belief of Chef Naobumi Sasaki, which is to "bend neither the taste nor the essence of the ingredients, but to present them as they are," you can relish a course meal made with select seasonal ingredients from all over the country.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If 15 minutes have passed without contacting us, your reservation will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.：
