The chef, who gained experience at “Sui Ohya,” a restaurant listed in the Michelin Guide, opened his own restaurant called "Sui Okazaki."

You can enjoy a course of dishes made with fresh fish and seasonal ingredients, carefully selected and delivered directly from the source, along with fine sake, using culinary skills.

We have counter seats where you can enjoy the cooking scene in front of you, table seats in semi-private rooms, and private rooms for up to 10 people.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Only those who can enjoy the same course as adults are allowed. Ages 12 and under are not allowed at the counter. Children ages 0 and over are allowed at lunch, Saturday, and Sunday dinner time at tables and private rooms.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.
