We bring to life the local cuisine of Northern Spain, infused with the essence of Japanese seasonal ingredients and traditional Northern Spanish culinary techniques. Aged Wagyu beef from Sakaeya in Shiga Prefecture, seafood handled with care to ensure the well-being of the fish from Sasue Maeda Fish Store in Shizuoka Prefecture, vegetables from Imada Farm in Chihaya Akasaka Village in Osaka, and wild vegetables from the chef’s family home in Yamaguchi Prefecture—all are high-quality ingredients that can only be enjoyed in Japan and reflect the wonderful personality of their producers.

Reflecting on the deliciousness of Spanish cuisine, we believe it stems from a deep respect for their land and culture—a philosophy we embrace in our own culinary creations.   As I manage the operations alone, there may be a slight delay in guiding you to your table. Thank you for your understanding.Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 10 and above are welcome.

• Others:

  We kindly ask you to refrain from wearing perfume on the day of your reservation. If any of your guests are wearing perfume and it is deemed disruptive to other customers, we regret to inform you that they will either need to remove it in the restroom or leave the premises. Please note that in such cases, the cancellation fee will still apply.
