"Jukusei Sushi Yorozu Hanare," opened in 2023, is the sister restaurant of "Jukusei Sushi Yorozu," which has continuously earned a Michelin star. Staying true to the original’s renowned flavors, it introduces a fresh concept: "a sushi restaurant where guests can casually drop in" for a new and exciting sushi experience.

Expert chefs carefully select fresh ingredients and use proprietary aging techniques to bring out their full flavor. Each ingredient, crafted with precisely controlled aging periods, offers a unique taste and texture, creating a truly innovative sushi experience.

Located along a corridor in a shopping complex, the restaurant offers a relaxed and welcoming atmosphere. Its signature menu features a set of five pieces for JPY 3,300, showcasing the day’s recommended selections, with the option to order additional items based on your preferences.
