As a sister restaurant to the Michelin-listed “Don Bravo,” it offers exquisite dishes crafted by Chef Masayuki Shibata.
Chef Shibata honed his skills at renowned restaurants in Milan, delivering course meals that reflect the culture and daily life of Italy.
The pizza dough, made from freshly milled domestic whole wheat flour fermented with whey and onion water, offers a chewy texture and rich flavor. Paired with a selection of wines curated by a sommelier, it creates a memorable dining experience.
