Nebuka is a reservation-only restaurant offering creative French-based cuisine, with a focus on seasonal vegetables delivered from all over Japan. The eight-course menu is crafted to bring out the full potential of each ingredient, highlighting the unique textures and aromas that only vegetables can offer. Served in a free-spirited omakase style, each dish allows guests to fully appreciate the blessings of nature.

The vegetables, carefully selected through visits to dedicated producers, are exceptionally fresh. Each plate, though simple in presentation, is deeply layered and designed to showcase the natural flavors of the ingredients.

The name Nebuka reflects the belief that "the deeper the roots of the grapevine, the better the fruit." It represents our commitment to exploring the roots of everything—our producers, ingredients, and cuisine—with depth and sincerity. • Dietary restrictions / Allergies:

  Please note that if you have a wide range of allergies or dietary restrictions that affect two or more dishes in the course, your reservation may be treated as a cancellation. Depending on when we are informed, our cancellation policy may apply. We kindly ask that you confirm in advance before making a reservation.

• Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reserved time to ensure a timely start of your meal. If you do not contact us and exceed your reservation time, it will be automatically canceled.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 12 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:

  We kindly ask for your consideration regarding excessive perfume or fabric softener fragrances.

  If you wish to reserve a private room, please indicate this in the special requests section when booking. Please note that a separate fee of 5,500 JPY (including tax) per room will be charged on-site.

  Please refrain from using flash photography or taking photos that include other guests' faces.

  If you would like a message plate, an additional fee of JPY 2,000 (tax included) will be charged and payable at the restaurant. If you have a preferred message, please include it in the special requests section at the time of reservation.

  【Access Information】Please proceed to the passageway on the right side of the stairs leading to the café. Then take the elevator or stairs to the 2nd floor. After exiting the elevator, proceed to your right, and you will find the entrance to our shop.
