About Masuda
We use the freshest seasonal ingredients, such as seasonal seafood and vegetables, to create our dishes. For seafood, we primarily source from the Seto Inland Sea region, and our chef personally visits Kuromon Ichiba Market every day to carefully select the best ingredients that catch his eye.
We also focus on homemade ingridients putting effort into making delicacies like karasumi (dried mullet roe) from scratch, emphasizing seasonality and freshness.
Our menu, a fusion of traditional Japanese cuisine with a playful twist, is updated every month. We not only prioritize taste but also pay attention to coloring and presentation. From the finishing touch of clay pot-cooked rice to the soups, grilled dishes, and simmered dishes, you can enjoy the chef's exceptional sense and skill in every plate.

Reviews of Masuda

Posted on : 04/29/2025Dining at Masuda is an unforgettable experience that transcends expectations. From the moment you enter, the serene atmosphere and impeccable attention to detail set the tone for a truly refined evening.
The omakase is a seamless expression of seasonality, precision, and craftsmanship. Each course arrives with quiet confidence, beautifully presented and perfectly paced. It’s clear that every element—ingredients, technique, and service—has been thoughtfully considered and executed with care.
Without ever feeling rushed or pretentious, the chef guides you through the meal with a calm authority that lets the food speak for itself. The entire experience feels deeply personal, almost meditative.
Service is discreet yet warm, with the staff anticipating needs before they’re voiced. The setting, intimate and elegant, enhances the focus on the culinary journey without distraction.
At a premium price point, Masuda delivers full value—offering not just a meal, but an immersive, expertly orchestrated encounter with Japanese culinary philosophy.Alex Barbatsis
Posted on : 12/05/2024The food was amazing. The service and explanation of the dishes was so thoughtful. Wonderful experience and very accommodating staff. I’ll be thinking about the dashi jelly on the uni and crab for a long time.SEO
