
Sushi Rinda

Owner Daiki Araki was born in Himeji, Hyogo Prefecture, to parents who run a sushi restaurant, and entered the world of cooking at the age of 18.
After 10 years of training at the famous Ginza restaurant "Sushi Saeki," he served as head chef at "Sushi Shirokane Saeki" at the Sheraton Miyako Hotel Tokyo for three years.
When it came time to go independent, he fell in love with the charming streets of Ningyocho at first sight and opened "Sushi Kaminari" in December 2024.
The restaurant name was inspired by "Kaminari Sushi" in Himeji, run by his parents.
The seasonal fish procured from Toyosu and local Kansai markets are all outstanding in quality and freshness, including raw tuna from the wholesaler "Ishiji."
Please enjoy his authentic Edomae sushi, served with unique sushi rice blend of red and black vinegar and strict temperature control.
