Posted on : 11/17/2023I really enjoyed the evening at the Etape. The six-course menu was excellent. the raw fish as a starter with finger lime sauce was delicious, refreshing and surprising. The subsequent courses up to and including the herb ice cream for dessert were also very convincing. I will remember the restaurant with pleasure!
