About L’ARGENT

Experience the world of L’ARGENT, where Japanese ingredients, French culinary traditions, and Nordic innovation are seamlessly blended into a constantly evolving dining experience, drawing on experiences honed in Paris and Copenhagen.

At L’ARGENT, we are committed to more than just offering exquisite dishes and delightful moments. Our mission extends to fostering a sustainable future by addressing critical challenges such as climate change, overharvesting of rare ingredients, food waste, and reducing food mileage. By focusing on the finest seasonal ingredients sourced exclusively from Japan, we craft exceptional dining experiences. All ingredients are meticulously selected, with the chef personally visiting producers to build trusted relationships. One standout creation is the “Fermented Mushroom,” featuring locally sourced mushrooms from Shizuoka, fermented to perfection and paired with a poached egg for a truly sublime dish. The chef’s personal roots are also reflected in specialties like an appetizer that combines foie gras with tea grown by his own family.

Our wine selection, centered on French wines, is as diverse as it is refined. Guests can enjoy two types of champagne, three white wines, and two red wines by the glass, while our bottle collection includes over 30 champagnes, 75 white wines, and 120 red wines. For cocktail enthusiasts, we offer over 100 expertly crafted options, along with a wide array of non-alcoholic cocktails.

The interior, with its sophisticated gray palette and warm wood accents, creates an inviting and chic ambiance. At the counter, guests can immerse themselves in the excitement of live culinary artistry, while our refined table seating and private rooms provide a serene setting for an unforgettable experience.
