"D'êtraison" is a coined term created by reversing and connecting the French phrase "Raison d'être," which means "reason for existence" or "purpose." Just as every element in the presentation, decoration, and cooking methods of the dishes holds meaning, we believe that there is meaning in every aspect of people's lives and the restaurant itself. We gather at "D'êtraison" with this significance in mind and create a space where everyone involved can feel a better "atmosphere."
