About Noeud.TOKYO
Our restaurant is a sustainable establishment where nature, seasons, and dining harmonize. Food is built upon various ecosystems and cycles, including seeds, soil, producers, local communities, the natural environment, and our health. We express this sustainable cycle through our ingredients, menus, and the overall ambiance of our establishment.
The name "Nœud" means "connection" in French. We strive to create and sustain connections between food, nature, society, and people, starting with the dining experience. Our goal is for our customers to not only enjoy delicious food but also feel a connection to their minds, bodies, and the environment.

Posted on : 01/31/2024Chef Nakatsuka and his team delivered an incredible culinary experience full of complex flavor, textures that were powerful yet playful, and perfect drink pairing. The service was also world class and while the staff was not fluent in English, they spoke quite well and provided very good tasting notes.
