About Oryori Tsuji

Oryori Tsuji is a restaurant that cherishes the traditions of Japanese cuisine. Opened in 2017 by Chef Yoshiaki Tsuji, who honed his craft in Japanese culinary arts for 11 years, it offers a dining experience that celebrates the essence of the seasons.

Known for its delicate and refined flavors, the restaurant takes full advantage of seasonal ingredients, allowing guests to experience the beauty of Japan's changing seasons with each visit. Fresh seafood, meticulously selected by the chef himself from Tsukiji market and direct sources, is a highlight. Signature dishes include not only sashimi but also simmered delicacies (takiawase) that showcase the flavors of the moment—spring mountain vegetables, summer ayu (sweetfish), and autumn wild mushrooms, all bringing out the natural umami flavor of the ingredients. Each course in the thoughtfully curated menu is crafted with care, ensuring a journey of enjoyment from start to finish.

The restaurant’s interior features a warm and serene ambiance, accented by seasonal flowers. At the counter seats, diners can savor freshly prepared dishes while observing the chef’s artistry up close. For more private gatherings, the intimate private rooms are ideal for special occasions such as business meetings or anniversaries.

“Putting our heart into every step of the process to create dishes with care and dedication”—this philosophy defines the culinary creations at Oryori Tsuji. Come and experience an unforgettable dining moment, where heartfelt craftsmanship meets exquisite Japanese cuisine.
