The shari, an original blend of aged and new rice with red and rice vinegars, is kept precisely at body temperature. • Arrival time:

  Please arrive 5 minutes before your reservation time so that we can begin your meal promptly.

  All guests will start at the same time based on the reservation schedule. Please note that if you arrive late or leave during the course, some dishes may not be served. We kindly ask that you allow sufficient time when visiting us.

  If you arrive more than one hour past your reservation time, it will be considered a no-show, and a 100% cancellation fee will be charged. We appreciate your understanding and cooperation.

• Dress Code:

  Dress code is smart casual (Please refrain from wearing T-shirts, shorts, and sandals when you visit.)

• Children:

  Guests aged 13 and above, and able to enjoy the course meal.

• Others:
