About Sushi Kojima
Located on the 5th floor of a building along Sotobori-dori, just a 4-minute walk from Ginza Station and with good access from Shinbashi Station and Uchisaiwaicho Station is "Sushi Kojima."
Masao Kojima, who describes himself as a sushi craftsman with a Showa-era spirit and emphasizes traditional Edo-style sushi, served as the head chef at Sushi Kanesaka in the Palace Hotel Tokyo for four years. He opened his own restaurant in 2016 and relocated to the current location in November 2019.
The master himself visits Tsukiji Market every morning to carefully select the finest seasonal fish. The availability of exquisite first-of-the-season catches is a testament to the trust he has built with the fish wholesalers.
The course menu consists of appetizers in the first half and nigiri sushi in the second half. The nigiri sushi, prepared with the chef's passion for adhering to tradition, is carefully timed and prepared to ensure that guests can enjoy it at its best. The shari (sushi rice) is blended with two types of red vinegar and rice vinegar to create a unique flavor that can be enjoyed only at Sushi Kojima. It is designed to be easy to eat and allows guests to enjoy a wide variety of sushi.
Furthermore, considering the location in Ginza, the prices are very reasonable, making it one of the restaurant's notable features in terms of cost-performance.
The calm interior of the restaurant helps guests forget the hustle and bustle of Ginza.
It offers 14 counter seats and 8 private rooms, catering to a wide range of uses such as private dining, business meetings, and hospitality for international guests.
In particular, the counter seats provide an atmosphere of luxury and comfort, allowing guests to enjoy conversations with the master while savoring the sushi. In the historic district of Ginza, We invite you to experience the essence of traditional Edo-style sushi.
