【Yd'or】 is a counter-focused French restaurant located in Daikanyama. Owner-Chef Daiki Kanagawa previously served as head chef at "l'intemporel," where he earned a Michelin star at the age of 29. His ability to maintain that star has been highly regarded, and his talent has once again been recognized with a Michelin selection at 【Yd'or】.
Inspired by the natural sensibilities cultivated in Kumamoto and Noirmoutier, France, and grounded in refined techniques acquired both in Japan and abroad, Chef Kanagawa crafts what he calls “cuisine of sensibility.” He listens intently to the voices of the ingredients and transforms them into dishes that are pure expressions of inspiration—offering a new world of French cuisine that transparently embodies each ingredient.
